HIGHEST QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Hotel Imperial in Vodice underwent a massive reconstruction. Works we performed:

• Complete reconstruction of 158 hotel rooms

• Installation of 12 mobile homes inside the camp

• Construction of two swimming pools over 150 m2 each

• Complete reconstruction of 3 villas - 21 rooms per villa

• Facade work on several buildings within the complex

• Earthworks for all performed works

We built three buildings with 15 apartments and an outdoor pool in the Sovlje settlement near Tribunj. We carried out all the works from earthwork to finishing. The project has not been completed because permits were recently obtained for the construction of 3 more buildings with 25 apartments.

We are proud to say that we have been awarded the contract for the construction and the next phases.

At the iconic Hotel Danica in Drniš, we did reconstruction work and the restoration of the complete facade. We performed all the works that had to be approved by the conservator because the building is a protected cultural monument.

Hotel Miran in Pirovac underwent a massive reconstruction. The works we performed:

• Complete reconstruction of 41 hotel rooms

• Installation of 125 mobile homes inside the camp

• Reconstruction of the reinforced concrete wall

• Reconstruction of the main terrace of the hotel

• Construction of a swimming pool by the sea

• Construction of a promenade by the sea

• Construction of several collection pits

• Earthworks for all works

• Transport services

• Stone crushing on the beach

We carried out works on the reconstruction of the promenade in the village of Pirovac near Šibenik. The works we performed:

• Complete reconstruction of all layers of the promenade

• Complete reconstruction of storm drainage

• Built-in tactile information boards for people with reduced visibility

• Installation of rest benches

In Biograd na moru, we participated in the renovation of the "old school" building. We performed cleaning and earthworks. We are extremely proud of the successful realization of this project because the excavations were extremely demanding. The proximity of the sea and the fact that the excavation of the basement went below sea level by several meters meant that constant intrusions of the sea made the work difficult. However, all the works were successfully completed, as well as the renovation itself.
